Kantara A Legend Chapter 1 Teaser

In the brief teaser, Rishabh Shetty can be noticed  running through the forest and ending up in the center of a fire circle. He is just standing there when a voice that seems to be towering over him exclaims, “Light! Everything is visible when there is light. But this isn’t your average light. This is a dream! the light that casts a shadow over the past and future. Can you see it?” Then, the teaser depicts a blood-soaked man brandishing an axe and a trishul, while donning rudraksha.

Although the plot of the movie is unknown, it is evident that Rishab immerses viewers further into the narrative by taking them in the past . One of the title cards in the teaser shows the phrase “during the reign of Kadambas,” suggesting that the movie is set in 300 CE. For those who don’t know, the Kadambas were a Karnataka royalty that lived from 345 to 540 CE. They controlled the Konkan and the northern Karnataka. According to a legend, Lord Shiva’s sweat is said to have produced the Trilochana Kadamba.
